Rafsi Albar is an undergraduate student, teaching assistant, and researcher at the Faculty of Law, Universitas Gadjah Mada, Indonesia. He concentrates on public international law—with a specialism in human rights—and is an editor at Juris Gentium Law Review, the country’s foremost student-run publication that focuses on international and comparative laws.
